lately i've been in kind of a funk - i think it's mainly because of the weather (stupid uncooperative groundhog) but at any rate the funk persists - i've noticed lately that the funk has changed my music listening habits and i figured i'd share a few of my old go-to songs and some of my new loves
jeff buckley - hallelujah (old fave, never gets old)
k.d. lang - hallelujah (who'd have guessed that i would ever own a k.d. lang song)
griffin house - tell me a lie or better than love (or really any of his songs)
eric hutchinson - rock & roll
james morrison - you give me something
brett dennen - ain't no reason
ray lamontagne - empty
teddy geiger - try to hard
matthew perryman jones - don't fall in love
liam finn - fire in your belly
tyrone wells - sea breeze
ben taylor - i try
joe purdy - far away blues
and if you listen to no other one listen to this one
griffin house - the guy that says goodbye to you is out of his mind
i now have to go help the SO pack - but i hope you enjoy the music - and if you have any recommendations or suggestions for stuff you think i should be listening to or even if you want to just critique my selections go for it - i'm always on the lookout for new music
